Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National park

Departing from Nairobi in the morning and your safari will begin. The tour will first take you south from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park. Here you will find a fascinating mixture of plains, swamp, forest and bush areas during your game drives, which offers a variety of animals their home. Among other things, more than 400 different bird species are resident here. Above all, the large herds of elephants in front of the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro will impress you. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

Also today, you will enjoy nature, wildlife and the view of Kilimanjaro. There are magical images when you see the large herds of Elephants in the evening in front of the highest mountain in Africa. Also Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs, Giraffes, Antelopes, Gazelles are to be discovered and observed here. Meals and overnight at the tented camp.

Day 3: Amboseli National park – Tsavo West National park

On this day, the route takes you north-east into Tsavo West National Park. This park with its wide plains is known for its “red Elephants” that cover themselves with dust to protect themselves against the sun and insects. You will also discover and observe the “classic Big Five” (Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Buffalos and with a bit of luck also Rhinos) during your game drives here. In the evening, you can go on a night game drive in the neighboring Ziwani Conservation Area or simply sit by the lake near your bush camp and gaze at Kilimanjaro or watch the animals of Africa as they come to the lake to drink. Dinner and overnight at Voyager Ziwani Camp.

Day 4: Tsavo West National park

The vastness of the savannah will call you again today for a game drive. However, since we will be staying in a private reserve, you can also go on a game drive at night, allowed only in a few places in Kenya. Meals and overnight at the tented camp.

Day 5:Tsavo West National park – Tsavo East National park

Today, we are going to the still unexplored and little visited part of Tsavo Park: Tsavo East National Park. This is the largest national park in Kenya and besides the wide plains and wonderful gallery forests along the local rivers, it is especially known for its diverse wildlife. Here, in this still lonely part of Tsavo National Park you can easily discover and observe almost all African animal species. The local camp is located directly at a dam that attracts the animals of the surrounding area, so that even after your game drives you still have the opportunity to marvel at the wildlife of Africa. Dinner and overnight at Ashnil Aruba Camp.

Day 6: Tsavo East National park.

Full day spent exploring the park with extensive morning and afternoon game drives.

The landscape in Tsavo East is flatter and drier, despite having one of Kenya’s largest rivers flowing through the middle. Much of the wildlife is concentrated on the Galana River, which has plentiful crocodiles and hippos. Among the common game includes elands, Kudus, waterbucks and dik-diks, impala, elephants, lion, jackal, mongoose, zebras, hyenas, African hunting dogs, gazelle, buffalo, velvet monkeys, bat-eared fox, aardwolf. Meals and overnight the Camp.

Day 7:Tsavo East National park – Mombasa or Nairobi

Depending on your holiday plans, you may either return to Nairobi or take the Midday train to Mombasa, where one of our transfer drivers will pick you up at the train station and transfer to your beach hotel. Here, on the beaches of the Indian Ocean you can spend a few more days and review your safari. We will be happy to help you with the reservation of a hotel or house on the beaches of the Indian Ocean that suits your wishes.
